BRIEF HISTORY: Our company was formed in August 2007. The top management has a combined experience in the construction field of over 72 years. The purpose behind starting the company was to separate ourselves from the competition by offering quality, dependable work and excellent customer service. These are the areas that we feel are the most neglected within the industry.
- Project Manager, BOBBY OSBORNE, has 35 years’ experience in commercial and residential building. Bobby’s primary area of focus was in the acoustical ceiling business. Although this had been his main focus prior to his joining CBC, he has been around all aspects of new construction, renovations, kitchen remodels and commercial upfits.
- Project Manager, TODD SCEARCE, has 37 years’ experience in the commercial and residential construction field. His history includes: supervision in the millwork industry, retail sales and management in the building material industry, estimator, plan takeoff, Commercial Superintendent and also Commercial Project Manager. General carpentry and remodeling is his main area of expertise.
- Office Manager, LORI WELLS, joined CBC in December 2013 after many years in the legal profession. Lori has been a great asset to our company since that time. Lori manages the office and this frees up Bob and Todd to do their thing. We are glad to have her onboard.
