Brief History: Our company was formed in August of 2007. The top manangement have a combined experience in the construction field of over 52 years. The purpose behind starting the company was to separate ourselves from the competition by offering quality, dependability and excellent customer service. These are the areas that we feel are the most neglected within the industry.

Project Manager, Bobby Osborne has 25 years experience in commercial and residential building. Bobby's primary area of focus was in the acoustical ceiling business. Although this had been his main focus prior to his joining CBC he has been around all aspects of new construction, renovations / upfits.

Project Manager, Todd Scearce has 27 years experience in the commercial and residential construction field. His history includes supervision in the millwork industry, retail sales and management in the building material industry, estimator, plan takeoff, commercial Superintendent and also commercial Project Manager. General carpentry and remodeling is the main area of experience.
We provide all construction related services commercial, residential & industrial. We have a small in house crew and excellent vendors and subcontractors. We have a team that is willing, capable and ready to handle all your needs. Every member of our team is also fully licensed and insured for your protection. We feel that once you experience the level of customer service and attention we provide to your project you will not need to look any further for all your construction needs. We specialize in residential remodels and commercial upfits.
